I would like to tell you what Will has done for me. I am an over 60 yr old woman who's mobility is challenged. I knew Will from an alchemy class that we both took but did not know that he was skilled in QiGong. I am brand new to this thinking and type of exercise and even though the movements were smooth and slow I built up a sweat and felt it in all muscle groups.
